Inspection & Verification

Every vehicle undergoes a 200+ point inspection before listing. We provide engine bay photos, undercarriage shots, VIN verification, and odometer reading. For high-value orders, we arrange third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) at your request.

Payment

We accept secure international payment: TT (Telegraphic Transfer) — the most widely used method in international trade. Payment terms are flexible and agreed with you for each order, then clearly confirmed in the proforma invoice. All transactions go through our verified company bank account with full SWIFT details.

⚠️ Never pay through unverified channels. All payments go through our company bank account — we provide full banking details and SWIFT code in the contract.

Shipping & Logistics

This is where our expertise matters. Once payment is confirmed, your vehicle is transported to the export port (Guangzhou Nansha, Shenzhen, Shanghai, or Tianjin — whichever is closest). We prepare all export documentation and coordinate container loading, RoRo booking, or bulk shipping.

Carrier Selection

Export Customs & Documentation

We handle all Chinese export paperwork: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, and any destination-specific certifications (SASO for Saudi, SONCAP for Nigeria, etc.). Your documents are ready before the vessel sails — we send scanned copies immediately and originals by courier.

Receiving & Destination Clearance

Track your shipment in real time. When the vessel arrives, we coordinate with your local customs broker to ensure smooth clearance. You'll need the original Bill of Lading and commercial invoice to claim the vehicle. Import duties vary by country — we can estimate these based on your vehicle's HS code and destination country tariff schedule.

After-Sales Support

Damage during transit? If your vehicle sustains any damage during shipping, we assist you in filing claims with the carrier and their insurance. We handle the communication, documentation, and follow-up — and ensure any compensation reaches your account directly.

💡 We provide free replacement parts for minor damages (mirrors, trim pieces, lights) — shipped with your next consolidation at no extra cost.

Beyond transit claims: we support warranty claims through the manufacturer's international warranty program (where applicable), supply genuine OEM parts, and connect you with local service partners for maintenance and repairs.
